I Am Enough, Kids Self-Care Event | YMCA of McDonough Co.

Mental health matters. This is a fun, interactive event for children to create an arts and craft piece with an affirmation on it. Thank you to YMCA of McDonough County for partnering with us.

Affirmations are kind, empowering phrases we say to ourselves when we are feeling uncertain or anxious.

Here are a few examples:
I am smart.
I am kind.
I am amazing.

This event is free to attend. Coloring and arts materials are provided. No registration required.

This program is made possible thanks to a grant through the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
